Is it possible to change the color or design on an invitation?

The color, design and size of the invitations are only available as shown in the catalog or online. However, you have a choice of color for the verse and personalization on most of our stationery products.

I would like to have artwork added to my invitations. Is this possible?

On most of our invitations, it is possible to add artwork/logo. Please contact customer service at info@open-invitations.com for requirements and pricing information.

Can my invitations be printed in a language other than English?

We have several verse options available in Spanish. You can also create a custom verse in a foreign language if it uses the English alphabet. You may submit artwork for languages that do not use the English alphabet. Please contact customer service at info@open-invitations.com for requirements and pricing information.

How can I receive samples of the greeting cards that I am interested in?

While browsing our products, you could select the "Request a Sample" link next to the product image. For more information visit the link called "Samples" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.

ORDERING

How many invitations should I order?

Be sure to order enough; it is more expensive to reorder 25 greeting cards than to include 25 extra in your original order.

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Once an order has been submitted over the Internet, mailed or faxed, we cannot guarantee that changes will be made. It is very important that you proofread and double-check your order before you submit it to us for processing.

PRODUCTION TIME

How long does it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order, allow 3 working days for personalization plus ground service standard delivery time. More time may be required should there be questions about your order.

SHIPPING

How do you ship orders?

Our normal shipping method is ground. However, you may request 2nd day or overnight shipping. Orders sent to P.O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S.Virgin Islands will be sent by U.S. Postal Service. UPS air shipments are advisable if you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

At this time, we ship orders in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
